This may be a long one, oh heck where do I start? As a child I was never still, always doing something, trying new things and I guess, as a 54 year old, nothing has changed there 😀

My dad was a very good artist, I guess he passed that love of drawing down to me, because I have been known to sit and sketch and get totally lost in it. I particularly love to draw animals.

I have a diary which I started when my two boys were little, hopefully one of them will want it when I pop my clogs. I write about what’s happening in mine and my families’ lives and accompany the writing with little drawings. When I think of the word – Stillness I’m taken back to many memories of where I have stood or sat in a place and realised there was no or very little noise, no movement, just enough silence for me to close my mind and to absorb what was around me, the breathtaking scenery, nature – the beauty that is our planet.
