#WordlessWednesday – Where is everyone?

We’re on holiday in Fernie, Canada at the moment, enjoying the snowboarding season, but have you noticed anything from these photo’s?

Where is everyone?

It’s such a vast range of mountains, you do find yourself with the mountain to yourself sometimes!

Who is that, flying down the mountain?!
What a view!

Such a beautiful part of the world!

  1. It looks absolutely perfect Sam. What incredible views. So envious of you having such a wonderful holiday there. What a wonderful experience.

    1. It is a beautiful place here, it takes your breath away, and I’m not just talking about the cold! The scenery just makes you stop and stare

    1. To be honest, the conditions aren’t that great. Canada is experiencing an unusual – they call it a ‘Polar Vortex’ which is creating extreme cold conditions and so too cold to snow. The snowboarding/skiing is ok, but not the great powder we were expecting ๐Ÿ™‚ not complying though as it’s absolutely beautiful

    1. Sorry Terri, for the late reply. Ahh well, It was pretty quiet around the place, which we didn’t mind ๐Ÿ™‚ We love it there, such a stunning range of mountains ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Woooooow what a view! And you lucky thing to have it all to yourself!! ๐Ÿ™‚

We had a good day in Whistler at the weekend, but it was tooootally different to this with people everywhere!!

    1. It was nice for it to be so quiet, but it was Soooooo cold! ๐Ÿฅถ we loved Whistler when we were there a few years ago, but yeah it is busier ๐Ÿ˜Š

        1. For most of the 10 days we were there it was around -26/-30โ€™s we dare not expose any skin at all ๐Ÿฅถ weโ€™re back in the uk now & feel so warm, was a great holiday, Iโ€™m just about to publish a blog about it & the cold ๐Ÿ˜Š
