#WordlessWednesday – Back On The Boards

It’s that time of year again when myself and my better half start looking forward to getting back on our boards and tripping off to find snow up in the mountains somewhere. ย These are just a few photographs of last years trip to Fernie, Canada and the stunning scenery which took my breath away.

A big dilemma for us is, do we look for somewhere new this time or go back to where we loved knowing there is so much more to see and do there?

    1. We went to Whistler a couple of years ago, that was the start of our love of Canada ๐Ÿ™‚ Didn’t know about the others you’ve mentioned and that would be wonderful to meet up on a mountain! Think we’ve got our heart set on going back to Fernie again this time though, maybe next time ๐Ÿ˜‰

  1. Wow, this looks amazing Sam and so much fun with the white stuff. I love the icy shots, as I sit here recovering after an aqua aerobics session in the hot sun ๐Ÿ™‚

    1. I absolutely love snowboarding Debbie and the scenery is stunning up the snowy mountains ๐Ÿ™‚ Strange to think you’re sunning yourself ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Fab photos, skiing and snowboarding are just amazing. BC and Alberta look as if they have incredible ski resorts,no idea how you ever choose one. Not much of that in the UK unfortunately.

    1. Itโ€™s such a difficult decision every year. Used to be Europe every year, but now weโ€™ve discovered Canada, we love it! Just wish isnโ€™t wasnโ€™t so far away. Scotland is supposed to be good but unpredictable weather wise, weโ€™re always ready to nip up for a weekend if we see the white stuff ๐Ÿ˜€

    1. Thank you! We went to Whistler for a special holiday a couple of years ago & now hooked. Beautiful place, weโ€™d love to travel & explore in Summer too ๐Ÿ˜€
